CLEAR:HURTS/ERRORS/PAIN

Many of my clients suffer from their remembered personal mistakes, hurtful criticism from others or similarly harsh memories. Living with the memories of such tightly held negative experiences can keep them stuck in emotional and mental pain, unable to move forward with their desires on their life path.

Worse yet is our tendency as humans to not only remember the bad times but to make these memories even worse with embellishment! In other words not only do we remember he said this, she said that but we begin amplifying it: “I am sure they told everyone I know. No one will ever forgive me…” On and on it goes until the original event has become nearly global in the memory effect’s intensity!

We need to find a way to let the past be over and done in order to move on and enjoy our own lives. Part of the solution is to see absolutely everything as having been an opportunity to learn. All the things that have happened to any of us have brought us to be who we are today in this now moment. Let’s reframe those seemingly bad experiences as life education and needed information.

When I work with someone in hypnosis before I begin I ask a lot of questions. I need to know how I can help them remember their experiences in the most positive way possible. My belief is we need to view all events as either good (“I learned a lot by that!”) or very good (“I now know how to handle it the next time something similar happens”).

If we can eliminate viewing anything as devastating or horrible, we have a “leg up” to making progress. Instead of trying to live it down let us try living it up. Let those events and experiences be a positive. Why and how a positive? Simply acknowledging the instructions it gave us. We now know better ways of dealing with similar events and do not need to return to any hurtful, negative ways of handling life events and the resulting difficult memories.

If your personal self-esteem has been damaged by any life events and you would like to move forward with your life desires in a positive and assured way, call me today. Your successful living and progress is my priority. You do not need to be stuck. Let me set a personal private appointment to help you with any seeming roadblocks.

BREATHE FOR EXPANSION!

When I have clients who are stressed I many times suggest that they concentrate on their breathing. Bringing in more air deeper into the body while paying attention to slowing the inflow, and then being mindful of the subsequent release of air, almost without exception will bring anyone into a more peaceful meditative space.

Unnecessary, unproductive stress by itself can cause so much damage to the physical body as well as to the mind and emotions. Reducing that kind of stress without the use of prescriptions or over the counter medications is highly desirable.

What happens as we concentrate on slowing and giving attention to our breathing is the mind stops its incessant chatter. A person is physically relaxed by using breathing at a more expansive and slower rate. The added advantage is that using that kind of breathing causes the constant mind circling to stop while good ideas are given space to flow in as worries recede.

Using breath as a bridge to the ideas and positive healing input of the high self, god, or guides and teachers has been a method used over the centuries in many cultures. The beneficial results of breath work are tried and true, yet in our somewhat harried way of life it is often ignored or used only infrequently.

I remember years ago when Jose Silva of Silva Mind Control suggested that by using 15 minutes of meditation three times a day all matter of life situations could be changed or manifested with greater ease. That kind of deep meditation cannot happen without physical and mental relaxation. In turn my experience tells me the quickest most effective relaxation is inexorably linked to breath work.

Fortunately I have been offered an effective breathing method that I can confidently pass on to my clients. It is so simple that it might seem unimportant, yet it is both natural and quite logical. As babies you and I took our breaths into our abdomens, using our diaphragms. Sleeping in our cribs our little tummies ballooned up with every breath.

Now as adults many times we breathe in shallow rather ineffective ways. We breathe in a rather staccato shallow way barely using the full capacity available in our lungs. Upper chest breathing does not offer the health benefits that we need.

My suggestion is that each of us spend a few minutes a day, perhaps as little as five minutes, concentrating on drawing air deep into our bodies by way of using our diaphragms. Those five minute practices will stay in our memories for use in the times when we desire stress relief or access to meditation! With any luck it might become our preferred and healthier way of breathing.

CONCERN: YES! WORRY: NO!

It is reasonable to “concern” ourselves with situations requiring our attention. It is even better to “consider” possible solutions to improve conditions. It is when we “worry” about every little and big thing that we actually make it worse.

It really is a matter of paying attention to our choice of words. Many times we spend hours worrying on the future, things that may or may not happen. Some of those worries are huge, others not so much.

Unless there is a definite action one can take on these worries, it is useless to continually burden ourselves with them. For instance the presidential election, we worried this one would win and that one wouldn’t. The only thing we could do is vote and urge others to do the same.  Worry whether mental or spoken didn’t solve anything.

On a lighter vein, is it really necessary to “worry” about what we are going to wear to a particular party or celebration? It would seem much more logical to consider how formal or casual the party will be and simply pick an outfit from that conclusion.

Why do I focus on words and phrases? As a clinical hypnotist I know your subconscious mind is listening all the time, 24 hours nonstop. If your subconscious hears “worry” a number of times, it takes you at your word. It believes that worry is what you want. In other words it will give you more things to worry about.

Worry + Worry + Worry = compounded Fear!

Could it be that is what was meant by the old saying: “He is just worrying himself to death”?

After all the eventual result of all this fear filled worrying can be an unpleasant effect in your physical body and emotions. In other words worry can create disease of a variety of kinds.

My suggestion is to pay attention to your words, pay attention to your thoughts. If you catch yourself saying or even thinking detrimental things to yourself or others, back up! Do a reverse. It is easy to phrase things in a much more positive way. For instance instead of saying “I feel sick”, how about “I have felt better and I am healing.” “Sick” creates what you don’t want. “Better” and “healing” give you the desired conditions.

Once you make friends with your subconscious mind by feeding it only positive words, your life will improve. It is a little tricky at first. We all entertain imbedded old patterns. But once you get in the habit of catching and correcting the damaging negative words, it is a fun and certainly beneficial game.

As a certified clinical hypnotist my work is to assist your subconscious and you get on the most positive, life-affirming track possible. Call or e-mail and let’s discuss your challenges and your desires for improvement.

LIVE NOW!

You and I are living in a time of sweeping changes. At times here on earth the economy, world governments, everything and everyone seems to be in flux. On a more personal level many of us have been aghast as we watched our finances tank. Some of us watched our relationships crash and burn. A few of us felt helpless as our physical health begin teetering on the brink.

There is good news however. You do not need to identify yourself by your current but passing experiences.

You do not need to call yourself “broke” because you are temporarily without the funds you would like to have.

You do not have to feel “loveless” or “deserted” just because one or two friends or even a spouse walked away.

You do not need to label yourself “sick” because your body is hurting here or there. Why make it worse by announcing to everyone you meet that you are feeling bad?

What you need to do is quite the opposite. With as much enthusiasm as you can muster you need to begin seeing yourself as a wonderful positive creator and manifestor of each of your now moments and your future destiny.

You know that you are made of Light. You are made of Love. You can do or be anything you choose.

You need to begin seeing yourself with all the abundance you could ever need or want. Know that you have more than enough money to spare and to share. Affirm that you are rich. Declare that each one of your financial desires or needs is instantly met.

Furthermore, today you must acknowledge that you are not only loved but loving. The very earth embraces you. Be grateful and appreciate the wonder of love that you are. Daily with gratitude and thankfulness you need to send that love forward to others from the depths of your being. That love you send out will rush back to you magnified a thousand times.

Believe that every nerve and cell in the body is continually healthy and regenerating because in truth it is. Appreciate the gift of overflowing health. Be grateful for it. Send that appreciation and gratefulness to each and every one of your physical organs. Send loving thankfulness to your heart, your lungs, your skin. They are alive. They will hear and respond with increased health.

Possessing your own personal human body is a wonderful gift from Spirit. Why? Because if you will really look at your human body and the life you are leading with that body you can see the results of your emotional and mental handiwork. You will have visual proof of what you believe, what you think about and what you feel.

This body of yours, this life you are experiencing, is your canvas. You paint on it day by day, hour by hour. You make it drab or colorful. You make it happy or sad. It is your lessons, your workbook and your test.

There is no need for you to mirror the past. Whether the past is five minutes past or fifteen years past, let it go. Manifest what you have always dreamed of now, today. Your soul is standing by ready to help.

Habitual thoughts, habitual emotions, habitual attitudes and habitual actions can be your finest friends or your most terrifying and destructive enemies. If any habit of yours is bringing unhappiness and grief into your life experience change that habit today.

When you become aware of a dark and gloomy daydream making its home in your mind do this: say to that thought “This is not my story!” Say it again. “This is not my story.” Push that thought form away from you.

Of course, you realize that anytime you create an empty spot, a mental vacuum, you must fill it. So go directly to the beautiful happy picture you want. Play your wonderful heartfelt dream over and over until there is no room for the gloom. Play it with sound, color, fragrance any additives you can think or imagine but make it real.

In all aspects you have the power to be brand new today. For instance, we know for certain that each day many of the cells of your body are replaced, made new. Why not allow those new cells to be truly new instead of mere replications of yesterday?

You have the power to change your experience and your body by replacing any habitual negative thinking with positive, growth filled thinking!

If you feel it would help, try falling back on what has worked for you before: the affirmations, the prayers, any positive literature. Begin to wipe your slate clean of any miss qualified energies. Then fill those newly empty spaces with the thoughts and feelings of your soul’s heartfelt desires.

Let the negative mental pathways go. See and feel with positive intent only. In other words, begin to carve new mental and emotional roadways to your personal success.

You have the power and you are in charge. Decide to open your energy receptors to the most enlightened thinking you can create. Throw away any self limits. You do not need limitations of any kind. Tell yourself that you are open to all good things.

What others think or believe about you need not affect you in the slightest. BE AWARE THAT THOSE ENERGIES THAT WILL ALWAYS AFFECT YOU ARE YOUR OWN. The seeds you plant moment to moment are shaping your life. Fear, gratitude, love, resistance all of these are seeds, emotional and mental seeds that will grow and become visible manifestations in your life.

If there is any appearance in your life that you do not like decide to change the attitude, thought or feeling that brought it to you. Truly look at what you are sending out on a daily basis. You are your words and thoughts. Replace your beliefs and you will replace the effects.

A few days ago I read about Meagan Bilodeau. Meagan is an 8 year old girl who put a message in a bottle while her family was enjoying a vacation on a cruise ship near Bermuda. She wrote a note including her phone number asking whoever found the bottle to “please, please, please” let her know. Doesn’t that sound like an 8 year old?

Her father told her to toss the bottle over the side of the cruise ship into the Atlantic Ocean. He believed that her message would probably drift on the currents to Europe and hopefully be found there.

That was not what happened. Meagan was delighted when she received a phone call from another little girl, 10 years old, who found the bottle only 15 miles from Meagan’s home in Falmouth Massachusetts. In other words instead of following the natural ocean currents the bottle with her note seemingly followed the strong energy of Meagan’s “please, please, please” desire.

There is a great deal of TRUTH hiding in that result. Everything we do, everything we say, think or feel always “follows us home.” For that reason alone it pays each of us to be aware of what we are giving to the current of life.

The energy each of us emits tends to grow or amplify and return in a strong recognizable form. Where the results of our lives are concerned there simply are no secret thoughts or hidden agendas.

The good news is that we each contain the ability to change. We can redirect the most negative and ingrained energy to new more positive paths. Nothing is incurable. Every so called personal flaw can be brought to the Light.

You have at your disposal today all the energy you will ever need to create the life you were born to express and enjoy. You have no limits! Take charge of your thinking and your emotions. You have the right and the ability to bring about your own idea of perfection whatever it may be and—WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE, YOU ARE RIGHT!

MINING YOUR DREAMS FOR GOLD

MINING YOUR DREAMS FOR GOLD

It makes sense to me that each one of us would like to take the simpler more direct route to achieving our life goals. If we can achieve our soul’s purpose, our true reason for being and incarnating at this time, without following a lot of blind alleys, I believe a positive simple method would surely be our preference.

Yet it often feels that earth is a difficult school to master. In pursuing our desired accomplishments unfortunately it seems we need to stumble here and there and occasionally metaphorically fall flat on our faces. It definitely would be positive and satisfying for us if there were a way to go an easier more productive roadway while using our talents and accomplishing our intended results.

This need or desire for accomplishing our goals with ease and simplicity is where our dreams can be of great help. Our dreams can assist in so many ways. In dreams we can literally try out different approaches without spending needless time and effort on solutions that will not or cannot work. Instead of our usual exhaustive way of trying first this way and then that possibility, through our dreams we can find a way to hone in on the most effective pathway without much time or physical effort.

How can we encourage our dreams to work for us and with us in our efforts? To solicit the required help from your personal dream maker it is necessary to convince your dream creator that you are truly interested and grateful for its help. One of the simple ways of showing your gratitude is to keep a dream journal with as much detail as you can recall from each dream. If you journal in a regular fashion you will find that your dreams occur with greater regularity while becoming more detailed and offering much helpful advice. By journaling and making an effort to understand the messages contained in the dreams, you are really saying to your dream composer “thank you, your help is appreciated. I am ready to receive more of your insight”.

When you are faced with important decisions concerning a particular desire, it is good to write in great detail what you wish to accomplish. Having done that you can read the details aloud to your dream self as you prepare to sleep. You can put into your one way conversation with the dream maker as much detail as you wish concerning the desired solution. Another helpful way to pave the way for important answers also is to say aloud “Tonight I will dream, remember and record the correct solution to this problem situation.

From time to time I have had clients say to me that they do not wish to remember dreams because they have had one or more nightmares. I say congratulations because a nightmare is a dramatic way of pointing out what you are ignoring in the daytime hours, something that really requires your attention. A nightmare can be the very best thing because it opens your eyes to an important issue requiring your investigation and probably decisive action.

Occasionally I have had clients insist that they simply never dream.  Of course that is not true. What is true is that they are not remembering their dreams. We all dream multiple times through our night’s sleep.

How do you become more conscious of your dreams in order to remember as much detail as possible? That is fairly simple. First when you feel yourself starting to wake from sleep, do not move your body and do not open your eyes. Remain in the position you were lying in with your eyes closed.

Next without moving, search your mind to identify your last thought, sight or feeling. Perhaps you only saw color. Perhaps you felt heat or cold. You might remember a sound or fragrance. As you started to wake were you full of a particular emotion: joy, fear, anticipation? Did you interact with other people or animals in the dream scene?

No matter how miniscule your memory of the dream, write down as much as you can without worrying or analyzing those fragments to see whether they make sense or even if they are spelled right! Start with the last thing you remember, then what came before that in the dream and what came before that! This is not the time to start analyzing or working on the message, just remember as much as you can and then save it. Putting your memories on paper or on a recording device will allow other parts of the dream to come back to you throughout the day.

Do not judge yourself for not immediately being able to put together every dream in its entirety. With continual work using this process night after night you will find yourself remembering much more easily and with greater detail.

When you have saved ten or more dreams you may wish to begin looking for repetitive patterns in the dreams. Patterns can reveal and highlight parts of the meaningful messages. It is helpful to note if any of the dreams have similar emotions, settings or locations, the same people or other repeating aspects.

At this point you might start your dream symbol dictionary. For instance, my daughter felt that the sight of me breaking an egg on my third eye in a dream meant hatching a new idea! If you look carefully at any repetition in dreams you will have your own symbols coming to your attention. In days past for instance when I saw two white dogs and one black dog the dream was really focusing on the mindset of my two stepchildren and had nothing to do with dogs at all!

We all have symbols that mean something special to us as individuals. How do you feel about a dream that contains distant steeples, black cats, toilets (if you are not a plumber!), the second story of a dark home, a shovel. The list could go on and on. What is true is that your feeling or dream interpretation of any of these items would be different than mine. That is why your dream symbol dictionary could reveal a lot of meaning for you.

I wish you many nights and days of happy dreaming! I am always ready to help you with your life challenges. All appointments are strictly confidential whether in person or by telephone. Call today Reverend Lois Cheney (928)300-2030.

THE RIGHT ONE!

THE RIGHT MAN, THE RIGHT WOMAN?

As a psychic I am frequently asked is this new love or friend the “right” one for me. Usually followed by another question: will it last. Tricky questions only because we tend to attract to ourselves those people that we need to learn from and not so much the ones that are easy to be with and enjoy. We attract to us a man or woman who has something to teach us. That is not always a fun or pleasantly exciting experience.

If we are “shopping” for a soul mate it is wise to decide before taking the plunge what sort of person we need to be or what we need to heal in ourselves in order to attract the sort of person we desire. Are we clouding or limiting our opportunities by not addressing one of our own overriding (not so pleasant) personality traits.  In other words to make an example of the extreme: if we are into ourselves so much that we could be called excessively selfish, we need not expect to find an open and generous soulmate.

To have a happy “coupling” we many times need to spend time working on ourselves. If we are happy with ourselves and our interactions with others, chances are other folks will notice and be attracted. It comes back to being honest, kind and friendly.

Then there is the obvious stuff: If he likes to sky dive and you are afraid of heights! If she wants to live in Hawaii and you only like the desert. Best step away! Physical attraction is great but if that is all there is… Metaphorically none of us really like to fall head first in the mud.

Having said all of that about relationships, as a psychic, yes, I can tell you whether a particular relationship has the prospect of lasting for an appreciable length of time. I can go even further and delve into whether it will be satisfying for either or both of you. If you want to know  I can see if you have shared past lives as well.

For those of you who are still wandering, wondering or just plain looking, I suggest you try something brand new, an adventure! For instance have you tried an oil painting class? Could you learn competition swimming? In other words get into different environments, meet different people with differing ideas. Sometimes we seem to get stuck in our repetitive activities and never encounter a new idea or a new person. Get innovative. See what and who might be “out there”.

We all like feeling comfortable, at ease, but a little innovation caused discomfort can push us to see things in a different and maybe better light. There is always more than one way to solve or investigate anything in life. Have fun. Try something new. Enjoy the ride.

If you would like accurate answers to any of your life questions, I am ready to help. Call or e-mail now. I will work for you by telephone or at my home in my beautiful healing room in south Rogers Arkansas.

GRIEF/LOSS

LOSS/GRIEF

As we move through our lives there are many experiences that can leave us feeling helpless or lost. We might lose a job we had counted on. Even if it wasn’t our perfect occupation, chances are the income was important to us. We might experience the death of a pet whom we loved and who loved us so much. Worse yet, the passing of a loved one may leave us wondering where our future has gone.

No matter the kind of loss it is inevitably followed by a period of grieving. Grieving is appropriate. It rightfully gives us time to regroup and recover. That grieving can last for days or weeks or months but at some point, we need to gather the pieces of our lives together and redirect our focus.

To stay over-long in grief, while also creating a state of regret or fear in our minds, can lead to mental or physical illness. Depending on the sort of loss, the time for recovery varies. Unfortunately in the severe case of losing a spouse or child grieving any time in excess of 12 months only seems to create further problems.

We have an obligation to ourselves to be completely present, whole and productive day to day. The life of each of us matters. We are here on this earth plane to experience and live fully. If you find yourself unable to move on, to make new plans, after your personal loss, I am here to help you.

As a psychic medium I can answer many of your questions concerning the loss you have experienced. As a certified clinical hypnotist and metaphysical minister  I am ready to help you move forward. It is time to recover your life’s purpose and direction. Call for your personal private appointment. Reverend Lois Cheney (928)300-2030.

PAINFUL MEMORIES?

If memories from your past are causing you pain today, perhaps it’s time to make some changes. Some of your memories may be tied to relatives or friends who have long since passed. Other memories might be connected to people who are unreachable at this time. It could be some personal action you took or some words you would like to retrieve. Whatever the memory, it can be changed.

I was fortunate in the early 70’s to study with Jose Silva. His course in Mind Control was really a training in self hypnosis. One of the topics in that course was Memory Relief. The object was to take any unhappy memory into the deep levels of your consciousness and begin to tweek it, to adjust it. One little change at a time was “re-remembered” until the inflicted soreness dissolved. This technique was not intended to change anyone else, just to change your personal memory of the event. It hurt no one and freed you from that yoke of pain.

The point of all that adjusting was to reaffirm the fact that the event itself could do no further harm, only the irritating memory was causing the current problem. Let’s take an example. Perhaps the memory that bothers you today is like one of mine from many years ago when I was a little child. I misunderstood something my mother said when she drove us to the old neighborhood. She had some business to tend and she told me it was o.k. to visit my nearby friend.

I believed I had to wait for her to come back to the car before I could see that little friend who was so special to me. I didn’t understand. She expected I would visit while she was busy with her task. When she returned to find me still sitting there, she said it was too late. We had to go back home. My five year old heart was nearly broken.

This may seem to be a small, unimportant memory, but no memory that still causes an ache in your heart is unimportant. In this instance, a memory of that kind can cause an ongoing fear of loss in much more important present day scenarios. Childhood memories can be quite crippling.

Now, as an adult, I can take that memory into my creative consciousness and begin to see the action differently. One bit at a time it can be changed. First, I tell myself that I understand what mother wants. I promise to be quick, to not keep her waiting. Then I hurry down the street to my friend’s door and enter for a visit. The two of us share a giggle and I look at her new toys. I feel it is time to go. I hurry back to the car just as mother comes down the street.

This same technique can be applied gradually to much more serious memories with good results. My late husband was a skilled hypnotist. He worked with one client at a time to help change and heal the varied problems of their lives. I was lucky enough to observe the changes in a number of his patients. Those people he treated would many times drop the depression that had darkened their lives for years. It didn’t matter whether their memories of the past were real or had been simply over embellished and strengthened through the years, they still would yield to positive change. Through a bit of occasional reinforcement the resulting change would become permanent.

The importance of working with and changing unhappy memories cannot be over stated. I never suggest wiping out a memory. Memory “removal” is likely to become suppression and cause even greater harm. The gentle, effective way, is just one positive change at a time. Something that is “just a memory” needs to be addressed because it can cause physical disability as well as emotional and mental stress.

Taking responsibility for our memories, changing them for the better in this way, means not needing to blame anyone or anything for our own recreating of similar events in our lives now. We can stop the cycle and the repetition. It means filling our days and nights with the new joy and peace we can think and imagine today, not reliving the consequences of what we felt or suffered in the past. We can take full responsibility and enjoy a happier more fulfilling life.

“NOTHING COMES FROM NOTHING…”

“NOTHING COMES FROM NOTHING…”

Yes, it is a line from the musical “The Sound of Music”. In my mind I can still hear Julie Andrews’s beautiful voice in the movie version. “Nothing comes from nothing. Nothing ever could. So somewhere in my youth or childhood, I must have done something good.”

Doesn’t that sound like what we call our “karmic returns”? In other words it is the deeds you perform, the emotions you send forward, the thoughts you continual rehearse, and your habitual ways of relating to life events that create your life experiences by way of the immutable and universal law of karma.

If you are not thrilled with the situations in your life today, fortunately creating positive change is remarkably simple. As a hypnotist I have helped many people make sweeping changes with the use of hypnotherapy. To create wonderful life affirming results all you need to do is change what you are focusing upon. Bring gratitude, joy, love and light into your thinking and emotions. It is easy to see what isn’t working but much more important and profitable to look for what is possible and beautiful.

I hear you say “but what if this negativity is just from some past life of mine? I can’t change that.” The good news is it makes no difference how an unwanted situation arrived or what drew it into your experience. What does matter is that you begin today to think, feel, speak and act differently, in a much more positive vein. You may well be surprised how quickly you can create beautiful changes to benefit all your days.

Among the many other ways of improving your personal karmic returns is to take a deliberate 2 week news fast: no TV, no radio, no internet. The so called news being spewed forth by the various media is deliberately focused on what is wrong with our world not what is right. Just stop listening to what is wrong. It is much better to believe that within any soul’s action or any groups’ action, no matter how seemingly horrible, there is still the possibility of great light and love present within each individual. All people, regardless of their current actions, are still endowed with a fantastic spirit which can be awakened.

If enough of the earth’s population began using heartfelt gratitude in addition to adopting an unwavering belief in love and light and continually sent those energies forth we could reach the wonderful tipping point of 51%. In other words that percentage of positive energy being poured forth would change the whole world. It could mean the end to senseless acts of violence!

The good news is that reaching the tipping point could begin with you and me using our positive thoughts, actions and emotions. Are you with me? Let’s start today!

WHAT BETTER TIME?

WHAT BETTER TIME?

Yes, what better time than right now as the New Year approaches to clean your mental, emotional and physical house?

Your mental “cupboard” filled with your past experiences and ideas may have been presenting you with the same old beliefs and decisions over and over. As a hypnotist I know habits are powerful but they can be changed! What if you were to decide to make your own thoughts and desires concerning possibilities for the year 2016 much different? What positive results might present themselves if you were to look at life differently?

Perhaps this year is the year to believe in your own dynamically unlimited possibilities. You could make this coming year the time to assert your own latent abilities and self-esteem! Go ahead with faith and bring forward those things you always wanted to do or even wanted to try but were reluctant to attempt because of imagined possible failure. Make January 1, 2016 a springboard for new experiences. Make all of 2016 your best year yet!

Do you need to change your emotional responses also? We can be so accustomed to responding to certain events in a preprogramed emotional way that we simply fail to notice there could be another response. In other words we might feel that this or that other event is working against us when in fact we can use any situation by drawing on its energy to move forward!

Our automatic emotional responses can be changed. Instead of “oh no” when a seemingly significant “roadblock” appears we might feel or say “isn’t that interesting” and just keep moving ahead. In fact harsh or obviously unwarranted criticism from anyone can be allowed to bounce off you or even be used energetically to propel you forward to your personal desires or destination. Your emotional responses to life events matter!

Why would I mention cleaning your physical house as well? Our homes when they house unused or unusable items can contribute to cluttered thinking and negative reactions as well. For instance is there something that you own that is owning you? Are you required to dust it, move it around, move around it or otherwise care for it when you really don’t want or need it? In other words anything whether it is clothing or appliances or furniture that is no longer of use, needs to be donated, sold or tossed.

It is particularly heavy and potentially depressing to be “warehousing” the clothing of someone who used to live with you and is long gone elsewhere. Your home needs to be your home! Make your possessions serve you, not the other way around. You might be pleasantly surprised at how airy and light your home’s energy will feel when you discard any unnecessary items.

Clearing and cleaning your past mental storage, your emotional responses and your physical home can result in a whole new and more positive you. All three aspects of sanitizing can bring you to see all of your experiences with new eyes. You really can become more of the person you were born to be. Just tackle one aspect at a time. Be ready to be pleasantly surprised at how your life experience will change!
